Corporate Retreat Weeks in the South of France
Organized in collaboration with the NCD, the goal of this week of retreat is to focus on you as a person. Think of our retreat as a moment to fully unwind and relax in a soothing environment. It all starts with a new connection with yourself. Alongside other leaders, you will stay six nights on a luxury estate in the South of France and follow a daily program centered on reconnecting with yourself, releasing mental and physical tensions, exchanging / reflecting, relaxing and unwinding .
In the morning, those wishing to do so can follow a yoga and meditation class – suitable for all levels, especially for people unfamiliar with yoga – followed by a substantial breakfast. You will then enjoy a long period of free time to fill as you please: sit back with a book, get a massage, enjoy the beautiful garden or swimming pool, or chat with the other participants and connect with each other. Two intervision afternoons will be organized.
There are ample opportunities to walk or cycle (with other participants), along the Canal de la Robine for instance. You could also do some sightseeing in Narbonne or Carcassonne, or play golf. Another yoga session is scheduled in the evening, followed by dinner. Wind up the day by spending the night exchanging with other guests, or retreat early to your room. We offer a casual atmosphere, and lots of personal space.

Interview
An intake interview by telephone or via Skype / Zoom will take place prior to the retreat. Its purpose is to better understand your specific needs and wishes, in order for us to better address them during your stay. For example, think of physical complaints, dietary restrictions/requirements ...
Location
You will spend the week on an estate located on the outskirts of Narbonne. The residence is surrounded by a large garden of 10 hectares, within walking distance to the Canal de la Robine, and a short 10-minute bicycle ride from the lively center of Narbonne.
